What is the process?
You can order either a ready-to-ship luxury gift box or a custom curated gift box. For ready-to-ship gift boxes, select the item you need, add to cart and proceed to checkout. For custom curated, fill out the create your own form and proceed to check out. You can chat with us or email if you have inquires prior to checkout. We advise that you order your custom gift boxes 1-2 weeks prior, in order to avoid a rush order fee of $150.00TTD for orders less than 5 business days., We shop, package your order and delivery the gift box directly to either yourself or the recipient, saving you the time and hassle.
Do you take international orders?
Yes we do! If you are abroad and your recipient is in Trinidad, you can place your order for ready-to-ship gift boxes or custom curated gift boxes and we will deliver it directly to your recipient. Payment for international orders is done through bank transfer.
Can I order a single item?
Unfortunately not. At this time, our service is to create an impressionable, usable and memorable gift box
Do you sell the gift boxes alone?
Yes we do! We supply in wholesale quantity to other small businesses, real estate companies and corporate clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
You cancel your order within 24hrs of ordering without incurring any fees or issues. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Cancelation on custom curated gift boxes after 48hrs, will incur a 50% fee of total cost. If recipient fails to collect the package on the scheduled delivery date, they will incur 100% of total cost, inclusive of delivery cost.
How long does it take to receive?
Ready-to-ship gift boxes are typical same day to 48hrs. We recommend placing custom orders at least 1-2 weeks prior to the date needed.
What are your delivery options?
We offer free pick up to South Park Shopping Plaza and One Woodbrook Place on scheduled delivery days. We also offer direct door delivery to most areas in Trinidad. This includes standard shipping, 3-5 days and express shipping for ready-to-go gift boxes,, 24hrs.
What is the delivery schedule? ?
Free pick up is available at South Park Shopping Plaza and One Woodbrook Place on weekends. Our direct door delivery areas are categorized into zones- T-Zone, Pink Zone and Green Zone.
T- Zone areas are conducted everyday (standard and express shipping)- this area lies between Chaguaramas to Arima and from Champ Fleurs to San Fernando.
Pink Zone ares are conducted three times per week (standard shipping)
Monday, Wednesdays and Friday: South Oropouche, Rousillac, Fyzabad, La Brea, Santa Cruz, Maracas St. Joseph, Barrackpore, Debe, Penal, Chin Chin, Lomas, Brazil, San Rafael, Guanapo, Valencia, Palmiste.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: Arena Rd, Preysal, Gran Couva, Piparo, New Grant, Princes Town, Indian Walk.
Green Zone areas conducted twice per week (standard shipping).
Monday and Friday: Vessigny, Vance River, Point Fortin, Cap-de-Ville.
Wednesday and Friday: Erin, Palo Seco, Santa Flora, Siparia, Buenos Ayres, Talparo, Cumuto, Sangre Grande, Sangre Chiquito, Manzanilla Beach Facility.
Tuesday and Saturday- Tableland, Fonrose, Rio Claro, Ecclesville, Tabaquite, Mayaro, Ortoire.
